Automation  Scalability

Take the ceiling off your time.

What you repeat by hand after every sale —charging, contract, signature, onboarding— runs on its own.

What you pay
Sample data
Pick a case

Your client says yes to the proposal.

  1. Proposal accepted
  2. Deposit collected
  3. Contract generated
  4. Sent for signatureAlert to APM
  5. Client onboarded

The problem

For every new client, someone qualifies them by hand, drafts the contract, sends it to sign and opens access one by one.

Everything it includes

  • Qualification, your rules

Rules built for your business, yours to review and change.

  • Charging, your account

Your own payment gateway; the money lands straight in your account.

  • Contract and signature

Filled in on its own, and moves forward only once it's signed.

  • Automatic onboarding

Folders, access and a welcome, ready without anyone setting them up.

  • Constant monitoring

If a step fails, we see it before your client does.

  • Hours-saved dashboard

Runs and time saved, labelled as an estimate, not a stopwatch.

Choose how you want it

FAQ

No. It relies on your contact panel: sold with your website and CRM from scratch, or as a step-up if you already have them.

No catalogue figure: every business has different flows, so it's quoted per project, in writing, before anything starts.

Depends where you write to: on our portal, they live on our infrastructure; on your own CRM, they live on yours.

Not yet: it's our newest service. What does run, tested with real money, is the chain we use to onboard our own clients.
